I’m very excited to announce I’m partnering up with GroHappy, a company which helps leaders retain their employees through motivating and encouraging personal career development. GroHappy’s ethos matches strongly with my own, as they recognise the importance of making careers work for the individual. This has been so important in my own journey; I still work full time, and fitting my training around my career can often be challenging.
